Leadership
We have designed and delivered programmes that covered key aspects of leadership that were core to the organisations involved. Examples include:
Success Through People – a series of 4 x 2 day programmes for senior managers incorporating Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Developing your Personal Leadership Style and Coaching.
Striving for Operational Excellence – a follow on programme for first line managers run over 4 separate days to introduce them to what was expected of them and help them develop the skills to deliver. Key areas covered included communication, nipping situations in the bud and deciding on the right level of intervention, problem solving using effective questioning and listening skills, employee engagement and delegation.
Your Development Journey – a programme for newly appointed leaders and those with potential. It comprised a 3 day module, a work based project and then a final 2 day module. Areas covered included increased self and other awareness, project management processes and skills, influencing and persuasion, teamworking, personal time management and strategic thinking.
