Stewart Baker is a Founder Director of Morley Lloyd Associates. 

His corporate career started with ICI which he first joined as a lawyer. He was appointed Company Secretary of their Agrochemicals business with responsibility for Global Legal Affairs, including acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures as well as being Secretary to the Board. 

He then moved into a variety of senior commercial roles, managing businesses in the Middle East, Turkey and South Africa before returning to run the UK and Ireland business.  He was elected Chairman of the British Agrochemicals Association (now the Crop Protection Association) and held that position for 4 years.  After a period establishing and managing an in-house outplacement unit he was given global responsibility for HR and Public Affairs for the Agrochemicals and later the Seeds and Plant Science businesses.

On leaving Zeneca in 1999, Stewart became a founder member of Morley Lloyd Associates. He has developed extensive contacts in the UK and European life science, biotechnology, food and agribusiness sectors through his role in a leading US based Executive Search company. He is a member of the Law Society and the CIPD.
