Martin Lloyd is a Director of Morley Lloyd Associates.                                              

Martin is a highly experienced Human Resources and Development Consultant with a background both in leading ­edge FTSE companies and SMEs. His expertise includes providing consultancy advice on all aspects of human resource management, coaching senior managers through challenging people management issues, designing and running highly effective and enjoyable management development programmes and providing group and individual career coaching. 

Martin has a proven track record in establishing personal credibility both at Board level and across organisations.  Originally working within IT sales for Hewlett-Packard and DEC, Martin subsequently moved into HR management with Sainsbury’s, Accenture and the systems software company, Macro 4. His professional experience spans the construction, IT, facilities and service management, financial services, manufacturing and publishing sectors.

A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Martin also has a BA from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and a Diploma in Management Studies. He is trained and qualified to use a range of psychometrics including OPQ, MBTI and Saville Consulting’s Wave products.
