After a background at senior level in leading edge companies, Morley Lloyd was established by Louise and Stewart in 1999 to help organisations and individuals manage and develop from the consequences of change. Since then, the Company has been providing a wide range of highly successful career transition, outplacement, development and HR consultancy services. A large proportion of our work comes from personal recommendation. We have attracted clients in the private, public and not for profit sectors, ranging from leading global businesses, major government departments, charities and national sports associations, through to SMEs wanting to move to a more professional approach when managing their people. We have developed a highly effective Associate network of over 40 colleagues, all with extensive experience and expertise in their field, enabling the Company to call on a wide range of specialist resources as your business requirement demands. We are also proud of our experience in working successfully in a multicultural environment: in addition to our work in the UK, we have also worked in Eire, Estonia, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and The Netherlands as well as further afield in The Cayman Islands, Bangladesh and Turkey.
